    Staging is about Selling the Space by Creating a Focal Point (where your eyes go when we enter a room) The Focal Point is the same in each room, however ‘what’ we see in each room is different.

Since you are moving, you can start packing.

1st use a moving box labeled such as Living Room. Remove Personal photos and nic nacs.

2nd Create your Focal Point (re-arrange furniture, if necessary)

3rd If your drapes are hanging straight down, try tieing them back (this will create more natural lighting into the room.

4th Step back and look at the room. Does your Living Room now appear larger? Hint: your answer should be yes!!!

For Example = which box would you buy?

Box #1 is brown in color and wrinkled and has jumbled items inside

Box #2 is a pretty red box and has sections inside with items well organized for you to see.

Does box #2 allow you to see the overall size of the box or the items jumbled inside?

Does Box #1 allow you to see the overall size and everything in the box?
